Shipping Rates: Shipping will be calculated and charged at time of checkout.

Shipping Timeframes: Absent outstanding circumstances, orders will be shipped within 7 business days. You will recieve an order confirmation and a notification when your item has shipped.

Status Update: You will recieve a notification when your item has shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for shipping details to be available.

Refund Policy
Due to health and safety concerns, products purchased from Rouxlez are non-refundable.
Need to change your order? If you need to change or cancel an item that you ordered before shipping or pick-up, please contact us at contact@rouxlez.com within 12 hours of submitting your order. Cancellation or changes are not guaranteed; requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Items that have been processed or prepared will not be changed or cancelled.

Catering Orders
Due to health and safety concerns, products purchased from Rouxlez are non-refundable.
Catering orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your reservation. The deposit amount will be credited towards the remaining balance of your associated catering order. Orders must be paid in full 14 days before the event. Orders placed within 14 days of the event require payment in full at time of booking. Orders placed 72 hours-7 days before the event will incur a 25% rush fee. Orders placed 24-72 hours before the event will incur a 50% rush fee.
Orders cancelled more than 14 days before the event date are refundable (minus the nonrefundable deposit paid at time of booking). Orders cancelled 8-14 days before the event date are 25% refundable. Orders cancelled within 7 days of an event are NOT refundable. Any remaining balance that is not refundable must be paid in full at the time of cancellation.
