About Rouxlez

Gabrielle Tinsley created Rouxlez from a place of passion and prayer. Growing up in the heart of Louisiana, food was Gabrielle's world. It was a place of comfort for those in mourning. It was the epicenter of joy in any gathering. It united people from all walks of life. As Gabrielle moved throughout the country, cooking provided an outlet for her creativity wrapped in the steady anchor of home. Over the years, Gabrielle became known as the chef in every friend group, preparing meals to help others find a piece of home away from home. It is with this heart that Rouxlez was born – cooking authentic cajun meals Gabrielle grew up on in hopes of bringing love and comfort to everyone who tastes it.
